Boost Your Body Program

The BYB (Boost Your Body) method is a sustainable lifestyle program based on scientific research.

The program consists of the following 3 modules.
– Intermittent Fasting
– Nutrition
– Sport exercise

Below is a brief explanation per module.

Intermittent Fasting
For many, Intermittent Fasting is the basis for a healthier life. We will teach you how to control this form of behavioral change in a taught way. During this module we will work online and physically. This process will consist of 3 to 5 coaching moments.

During the ‘Nutrition module’, eating behavior will be looked at and a personal nutrition plan will be put together. This will be discussed during an online session. In addition, we will also get back to work physically here. For example: ‘How do you cook healthy?’

Sports Exercise
With the outcome of the analysis, we will compile a tailor-made plan based on your current condition and personal situation. This is to ensure that the desired result is achieved. Activities that may come up in the “Sports Exercise” module are:

  • Taking a brisk walk
  • A workout based on fat burning, endurance and strength (these can be given both indoors and outdoors).
